Gingered Fruit Salad
|Oranges||2 , peeled and sectioned|
|Apples||2 , cored and chopped|
|Peaches||2 , sliced|
|Strawberry halves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain low-fat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs) (DANONE Brand)|
|Packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
In a large bowl toss oranges, apples, peaches and strawberries.
In a small bowl combine yogurt, brown sugar and ginger.
Blend well with wire whisk or fork.
Toss with fruit
