Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach 3 Bunch (300 gm), cleaned and torn
  Green onions 6 , chopped
  Bacon slices 6 , diced
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Mung bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Basic fennel dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly grated parmesan/Romano cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Toss the spinach with the green onions, bacon, mushrooms, and mung bean sprouts.
Toss with the fennel dressing, and top with the parmesan or romano cheese, salt, and pepper.
My mother adds fresh sunflower seeds to this dish and creates a great hit
