Braised Celery In Red Wine

Ingredients
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut diagonally in 1/2 inch pieces
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red wine/1/4 teaspoon instant beef bouillon dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), dissolved
Directions

Place celery in 1 quart casserole.
Season with basil and thyme.
Pour wine over celery.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 5 to 7 MINUTES on HIGH, or until celery is tender crisp.
