Bean Salad Politiko Style

Try this delicious version of Bean Salad recipe. I am sure, once you taste this Bean Salad, you'll always love to share it with your friends and family!
Ingredients
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Navy pea beans 1⁄2 Pound
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Celery stalks 3 , diced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Soak beans overnight; drain.
Cover with fresh unsalted water, bring to a boil, and cook beans until soft.
Drain.
Place beans in a large bowl and add onions, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, celery, and parsley.
Mix well and serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
