Melon And Onion Salad
|Red onions||2 , thinly sliced (Mild)|
|Salad oil||5 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||50 Milliliter|
|Watermelon||1 Kilogram (1/2 Medium Sized Fruit)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Slice watermelon thinly, discarding seeds.
Cut slices into rounds, about same size as largest onion rings.
Arrange watermelon and onion rings in concentric circles in a large oval dish.
Place lemon juice, honey, salad oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Pour dressing over salad, cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
