Rice Salad With Assorted Sausages
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Walnut pieces||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|French mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cooked enriched white rice||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooled|
|Finely shredded cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Greens||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sausage links||6 , cooked (Such As Bratwurst, Smoky Links And Frankfurters)|
1. Put vinegar into a bottle. Add lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake. Add oil and shake well.
2. Combine rice, cabbage, raisins, and walnuts in a bowl; chill.
3. When ready to serve, shake dressing well and pour over salad; toss until well mixed.
4. Arrange greens on luncheon plates, spoon salad on greens, and accompany with assorted sausages.
