Mixed Green Salad

Ingredients
  Kidney beans 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Egg yolk 1
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Hard cooked eggs 2
  Butter lettuce 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon (Planters)
  Iceberg lettuce 1
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Break up lettuce into bite size pieces.
Add kidney beans and eggs.
Mix dressing, 4 parts Planters Peanut Oil to 3/4 parts Tarragon vinegar, and seasonings.
Let stand for 15 minutes before pouring over lettuce and beans.
