Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  Carrot 1 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Iceberg lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Italian style tuna in olive oil 1 Can (10 oz)
  Lime 1⁄2 , juiced / squeezed
  Sweet red pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Remove tuna from the can and drain it, leaving just about 1 tbsp extra oil.
In a bowl mix the carrot, celery, red pepper and parsley with the tuna.
Add vinegar, lime juice, a liberal amount of salt, a bit of pepper and a dash of hot sauce.
Toss everything well, adding pieces of iceberg lettuce.
