Orange Pasta Salad
|French dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , cored, seeded and chopped|
|Pasta shells||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Orange||1⁄2 , rind grated, juiced|
|Canned red kidney beans||2 Ounce, drained (50 Gram)|
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until just tender.
Drain and rinse under cold running water.
Place the pasta in a serving bowl.
Add the kidney beans, pepper, parsley and orange rind.
Mix the orange juice with the French dressing and add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over the salad and toss well.
