Try this amazingly delicious String Bean Salad. This tasty and effortlessly prepared String Bean Salad is the one dish about which you surely would love to talk about with us!
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Onion 1 , sliced into thin rings
  String beans 1 Pound (French Style, Fresh / Frozen)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Cook string beans until tender; drain.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
Mix well and garnish with onion rings.
This salad may be served either hot or cold.
