Lobster And Orange Salad

The lobster and orange salad is a delicious seafood salad. Prepared with oranges and orange juice tossed with cream and mayonnaise, the lobster orange salad is unique in taste. Chilled to migle the flavors, the lobster orange salad is a treat for seafood lovers!
Ingredients
  Canned lobster/1 cup coarsely chopped cooked lobster, chilled 5 Ounce, drained and flaked (1 Can)
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), whipped
  Grated orange rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oranges 3 Large, peeled and sectioned
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Ground nutmeg To Taste
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Arrange orange sections on lettuce leaves; top with lobster.
Spoon dressing over lobster, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
