Celery and carrot salad had tested my patience once upon a time. But, now my Celery And Carrot Salad recipe is the easiest ones in my cookbook. Enjoy!
  Celery stalks 4
  Carrots 2
  Fresh root ginger 2 , slices
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Ice water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon

1. Shred celery stalks. Peel and shred carrots. Shred ginger root.
2. Dissolve salt in ice water and add vegetables. Let stand 30 to 40 minutes, then drain.
3. Transfer vegetables to a serving bowl. Add soy sauce and toss. Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve at once.
