Celery And Carrot Salad
|Fresh root ginger||2 , slices|
|Sesame oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ice water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1. Shred celery stalks. Peel and shred carrots. Shred ginger root.
2. Dissolve salt in ice water and add vegetables. Let stand 30 to 40 minutes, then drain.
3. Transfer vegetables to a serving bowl. Add soy sauce and toss. Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve at once.
