Crab louis is a creamy crab recipe. Made with precooked crab meat, the crab louis is served over lettuce with eggs and tomatoes for garnish. Dressed with the cream and mayo dressing, it makes a simple yet great lunch for seafood lovers.
Ingredients
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, grated (For Dressing: .)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Dressing: .)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped (For Dressing: .)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped (For Dressing: .)
  Cayenne 1 Dash (For Dressing: .)
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Dressing: .)
Directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
Shred lettuce, arrange on a platter, and heap 1 1/2 pounds lump crab meat, picked over and flaked, on top.
Garnish with hard cooked eggs, fresh tomatoes (peeled and quartered), and slices of avocado or artichoke hearts.
Pour the Louis dressing over all.
