|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Caster sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Raspberries||300 Gram (Fresh / Thawed Frozen)|
|Fruit salad||3 Cup (48 tbs) (6 Portions, Fresh, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Combine the raspberries and any juice in a food processor.
Add the sugar and lemon juice and process until smooth.
Strain the sauce over the fruit salads.
