Tuna And Fresh Fruit Salad
|Canned tuna||12 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and broken into chunks (1 Can, Starkist)|
|Lemon yogurt/Mandarin orange / vanilla low fat yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh fruit||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Slices / Wedges)|
Line a large platter, 4 individual plates or 4 large goblets with lettuce leaves, if desired.
Arrange tuna and desired fruit in a decorative design over lettuce.
Sprinkle almonds over salad, if desired.
For Fruit Dressing, in a small bowl stir together yogurt, orange juice and cinnamon until well blended.
