Tuna And Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 12 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and broken into chunks (1 Can, Starkist)
  Lemon yogurt/Mandarin orange / vanilla low fat yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Slivered almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh fruit 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Slices / Wedges)
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Line a large platter, 4 individual plates or 4 large goblets with lettuce leaves, if desired.
Arrange tuna and desired fruit in a decorative design over lettuce.
Sprinkle almonds over salad, if desired.
For Fruit Dressing, in a small bowl stir together yogurt, orange juice and cinnamon until well blended.
