Greens And Tuna Salad

Greens and tuna salad is a fish salad prepared with vegetables and eggs. Dressed with lemon juice and olive oil, the greens and tuna salad used hard cooked eggs and is quite tangy and crispy fresh.
Ingredients
  Chopped cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boston lettuce head 1 , torn
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bibb lettuce 1⁄2 , torn (Head)
  Iceberg lettuce head 1⁄2 , torn
  Romaine head 1⁄2 , torn
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, drained, flaked (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)
  Belgian endive leaves 4 , torn
  Hard cooked eggs 4
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Cut 3 hard cooked eggs into wedges; add to salad greens and tuna mixture.
Press remaining hard cooked egg through a sieve; add olive oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and seasonings
