Molded Ginger Ale & Pear Salad is a delicious easy to prepare recipe. I bet, once served at a party, you will get a lot of compliments for this Molded Ginger Ale & Pear Salad.
Ingredients
  Lime-flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger ale 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pears 4 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 1
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in the hot water; add ginger ale.
Chill until thick and syrupy.
Peel, halve, and core pears.
Immediately dip pears in lemon juice.
Arrange in a mold.
Pour the thickened gelatin over the pear halves.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on crisp lettuce and garnish with mayonnaise.
