Fabulous Fruit Salad For A Crowd
|Seedless raspberry jam||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Strawberries||1 Pint, stems removed, halved|
|Plum wedges||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cantaloupe chunks||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped honeydew melon||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Nectarine chunks||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted (Blue DiamondÂ®)|
In large bowl, blend jam and lemon juice.
Toss with strawberries and plum wedges.
Let stand, covered, up to 2 hours.
