Sesame Pork Salad

  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Julienne cut cooked pork 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Fresh snow peas 1⁄4 Pound, trimmed and julienned
  Cucumber 1 Medium, peeled, seeded, and julienned
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, julienned
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rice wine vinegar/White wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon

Combine rice, pork, snow peas, cucumber, bell pepper, onions, and sesame seeds in large bowl.
Combine broth, vinegar, soy sauce, and oils in small jar with lid; shake well.
Pour over rice mixture; toss lightly.
