Spinach And Yogurt Salad
|Fresh spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained and chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, finely grated|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a deep bowl combine the spinach, lemon juice, onion and salt.
Toss the mixture with a spoon.
Then stir in the yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
