Spinach And Yogurt Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained and chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, finely grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a deep bowl combine the spinach, lemon juice, onion and salt.
Toss the mixture with a spoon.
Then stir in the yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
