Seafood Pasta Salad

Seafood pasta salad is a crab pasta salad prepared with added peas. Tossed together with spices and dressed with sour cream and mayonnaise, the seafood pasta salad is filling and appetizing.
  Pasta shells 1 Pound
  Crabmeat/2 cans (6 ounce each) crabmeat, drained 12 Ounce, drained
  Cooked peas/Thawed frozen peas 1 Pound
  Snow peas/10 ounce canned water chestnuts, drained and chopped 2 Cup (32 tbs), trimmed and blanched in boiling water for 30 seconds
  Paprika 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  No butter fat light sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 4 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Into large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, crab, peas, snow peas and water chestnuts.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
Mix pasta with dressing and stir to combine.
