Low-Calorie Pineapple Salad

Pineapple Salad is an amazingly delicous side dish. Try this Pineapple Salad; I bet you will have a huge fan following for this one.
  Lemon gelatin 6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Packages)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned grapefruit sections 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Low fat yogurt 1 Pint (2 Cups, Plain Or Pineapple Flavored)

Combine the gelatin with the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
Add the drained grapefruit and the drained pineapple; mix until well blended.
Chill until the mixture is thick and syrupy.
Add the yogurt and beat with a rotary beater just until the yogurt is mixed smoothly into the gelatin.
Turn into a 1 1/2-quart ring mold or other mold and chill until firm.
