Salade De Tomates
|Tomatoes||1 Pound, thinly sliced (450 Grams)|
|Chives||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Basil||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Olive oil||2 Fluid Ounce (50 Milliliters)|
|Wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon (Dressing)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed (Dressing)|
|French mustard||1 Teaspoon (Dressing)|
First make the dressing.
Put all the ingredients into a screw top jar and shake vigorously to blend.
Arrange the tomato slices, slightly overlapping, in a serving dish.
Pour over the dressing, then sprinkle with chives and basil.
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
