Caesar Salad With English Mustard

Ingredients
  Anchovy fillets 3 , cut into small pieces
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Hot english mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 5 Dash
  Bread sticks 12 , broken up into tiny pieces
  Lemon juice 1⁄2
  Egg yolks 2
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Planters Brand)
  Romaine lettuce head 1 Large
Directions

Put the anchovy pieces, garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce into bottom of a very large wooden salad bowl.
Add a few bread sticks pieces to help with the crushing.
With a wooden spoon or masher, crush and mash the ingredients into a thick, smooth paste for about 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and egg yolks and beat the dressing carefully again.
Add 1 tbsp. grated cheese and pour in the oil in a thin stream, beating very fast until the dressing is thick and creamy.
Meanwhile, you have washed the lettuce.
Tear it into chunks and pat dry with a linen or paper towel.
Put the lettuce into the dressing, add the rest of the cheese and broken bread sticks, and toss and toss and toss!
