Chicken Salad A La Chinoise
|Diced cooked chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Celery stalks||2 , diced|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
|French dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Dash|
1. Combine the chicken with the bean sprouts, celery, salt and pepper. Moisten with French dressing. Chill in the refrigerator.
2. Flavor the mayonnaise with the soy sauce. Mix with the chicken mixture.
3. Pile into crisp lettuce cups. Garnish with olives.
