Curried Fruit And Rice Salad
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled|
|Orange||1 , sliced and quartered (Dole Brand)|
|Halved seedless red grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or Taste)|
|Grated lime peel||1|
|Banana||1 , peeled, sliced (Dole Brand)|
Combine rice, orange and grapes in large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, curry, lime peel and juice; stir dressing into rice mixture.
Fold in banana just before serving.
