|Green onions||3 , finely chopped|
|Fresh peaches||2 , pared and sliced|
|Pears||2 , pared and sliced (Use Fresh)|
|Apples||2 , pared, cored, and chopped|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Mix vegetables, fruits, and walnuts together.
Toss well with a French dressing, or any of your favorite salad dressings.
For variation, try these other salad combinations: Sprouted wheat, chopped green onions, chopped celery, and parsley.

Grated endive, raw peeled beets, cashew nuts, bean sprouts, and parsley.
