Wondering what baguio beans are? It is the Filipino word for green beans. This salad is probably few of the vegan recipes of the Pinoy cuisine but it’s delicious all the same. Mama Sita’s coconut nectar vinegar is great for making salad dressing as the one used in this recipe. Simple, crispy fresh ingredients like carrots, green beans and candied pili nuts are tossed together with a sweet and sour dressing, to make a healthy and colorful salad, great to eat as a side dish or in between meals.
