Mandarin Chicken Salad

Mandarin chicken salad is made with mandarin oranges and chicken along with grapes and celery. Seasoned to taste and tossed with mayonnaise, the mandarin chicken salad is unique in taste and has a bit of a tang to it.
Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce (Drained)
  Slivered almonds 2 Ounce (1 Package Toasted)
  Leaf lettuce 4
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well.
Cover and chill.
Add mayonnaise, grapes, oranges, and almonds to chicken mixture; toss well.
