|Beef gravy||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||8 Drop|
|Torn mixed salad greens||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Spinach||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Canned artichoke hearts||16 Ounce, chilled drained halved (1 Can)|
|Radishes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
For dressing, dissolve gravy base in 1/4 cup hot water; blend into mayonnaise.
Stir in garlic, curry, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
Combine remaining ingredients in large salad bowl.
Toss lettuce mixture lightly with dressing.
