Molded Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of asparagus soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned asparagus spears 10 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped canned pimiento 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In saucepan, soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Blend soup, lemon juice, and salt into gelatin; beat in cottage cheese and sour cream.
Chill gelatin mixture till partially set, then fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 4 1/2 cup mold.
Chill till firm
