Neptune S Salad

Ingredients
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Low fat plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Imitation crabmeat 1 Cup (16 tbs), flaked
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped red bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in yogurt, chili sauce, onion and lemon juice.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into 4 individual plastic containers or serving dishes.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
