Lettuce & Grape Salad With Dressing
|Romaine lettuce head||1|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Peanut oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Planters)|
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemons||2 , squeezed|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Wash lettuce quickly in cold water and let drain dry for an hour.
Then roll it in paper towels to dry, and place in refrigerator.
Break it or shred it, tearing by hands that must be held under cold water.
Cold hands are necessary.
Break up into wooden bowl; chill again with damp towel placed over it, in refrigerator.
