Fresh Fruit Shell Salad
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Thawed)|
|Low fat plain yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Canned juice packed pineapple chunks||15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Orange||1 Large, peeled, sectioned and seeded|
|Seedless red grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in halves|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in halves|
|Apple||1 , cored and chopped|
|Banana||1 , sliced|
Prepare Creamette® Medium Shells according to package directions; drain.
In small bowl, blend yogurt and orange juice concentrate.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Add yogurt mixture; toss to coat.
Cover; refrigerate thoroughly.
