Cauliflower And Tomato Salad

  Cauliflower 1 , cut into florets, cooked and cooled
  Cherry tomatoes 250 Gram
  Watercress 3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), or 1 small bunch, broken into sprigs
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon

Combine cauliflower, tomatoes, watercress and parsley in a salad bowl.
Whisk garlic, vinegar and oil together in a bowl, pour over salad and toss to mix well.
