Cauliflower And Tomato Salad
|Cauliflower||1 , cut into florets, cooked and cooled|
|Cherry tomatoes||250 Gram|
|Watercress||3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), or 1 small bunch, broken into sprigs|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|White wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
Combine cauliflower, tomatoes, watercress and parsley in a salad bowl.
Whisk garlic, vinegar and oil together in a bowl, pour over salad and toss to mix well.
