Shrimp Salad is my mom all time favorite recipe. The seafood with mayonnaise gives the Shrimp Salad a majestic taste.
Ingredients
  Prawns/Shrimp 8 Ounce (Fresh/ Frozen)
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce 4
  Tomatoes 2
Directions

If using frozen prawns or shimps allow these to de frost very gradually.
Toss the shell fish in mayonnaise.
