Fruit Salad

Fruit Salad is easy to make fruit recipe. Fruit Salad gets its taste from fruit mixed with chili powder and tamarind. Fruit Salad is loved by many people.
Ingredients
  Dried tamarind 225 Gram
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 2 , thinly sliced
  Ginger root piece 2 1⁄2 Centimeter, peeled and cut into fine strips
  Ginger root piece 1 Inch, 2.5 centimeters, peeled and cut into fine strips
  Apple 1 , cut into small pieces
  Pear 1 , cut into small pieces
  Banana/Guava 1 , cut into small pieces
  Mango 1 , cut into small pieces
  Fruit 1 , cut into small pieces (Of Your Choice)
Directions

Put the tamarind in a bowl, cover with boiling water and set aside for 3 hours or overnight.
Tip the tamarind and water into a sieve placed over a saucepan and, using your fingers, push through as much pulp as possible.
Discard the husk and seeds.
Add the chilli powder, sugar to taste and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and set aside to cool.
Stir in the chillies, (For a savoury accompaniment use ginger and fruit).
Cover and chill before serving.
