Western Salad Bowl
|Head of lettuce||1⁄2|
|Curly endive||1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)|
|Water cress||1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)|
|Tomatoes||2 , cut in wedges|
|Celery stalks||2 , cut in sticks|
|Radishes||6 , sliced|
|Green onions||3 , chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , sliced|
|Blue cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|French dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Break the lettuce in large bowl; tear endive and water cress in small pieces.
For a crisp salad, be sure that greens are chilled, that no water clings to leaves.
Arrange the remaining vegetables on top.
Pour Blue cheese French Dressing over salad and roll to mix.
