Western Salad Bowl

The western salad bowl is a vegetable salad made with blue cheese and ranch dressing. Tossed and served, the western salad bowl is crispy fresh and goes well with any dish of choice.
Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1⁄2
  Curly endive 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)
  Water cress 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Tomatoes 2 , cut in wedges
  Celery stalks 2 , cut in sticks
  Radishes 6 , sliced
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , sliced
  Blue cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Break the lettuce in large bowl; tear endive and water cress in small pieces.
For a crisp salad, be sure that greens are chilled, that no water clings to leaves.
Arrange the remaining vegetables on top.
Pour Blue cheese French Dressing over salad and roll to mix.
