|Plain yogurt||8 Ounce (About 1 Cup)|
|Low calorie mayonnaise||3 Tablespoon|
|Dijon style mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Black pepper||1 Dash|
|Shredded red cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh bean sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked chicken/Turkey||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chilled|
|Fresh snow peas||1⁄4 Pound, trimmed|
|Celery slices||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sliced almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted|
|Chopped red onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh spinach leaves||4|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , peeled and sliced for garnish|
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Add cabbage, sprouts, chicken, snow peas, celery, almonds and onion; mix lightly.
