Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce (About 1 Cup)
  Low calorie mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Dijon style mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Shredded red cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh bean sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped cooked chicken/Turkey 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chilled
  Fresh snow peas 1⁄4 Pound, trimmed
  Celery slices 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Chopped red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh spinach leaves 4
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , peeled and sliced for garnish
Directions

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Add cabbage, sprouts, chicken, snow peas, celery, almonds and onion; mix lightly.
