Frozen Fruit Salad
|Lime jello||6 Ounce (1 package)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water.
Drain fruit cocktail, measuring syrup; add water to make 1 cup, if necessary.
Stir into gelatin with lemon juice.
Blend in mayonnaise.
Chill until very thick.
Whip cream; fold fruit, nuts and whipped cream into gelatin.
Pour into pan and freeze until firm.
