Coronado Salad

  Cantaloupes 2 Medium, chilled
  Diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Halved seedless green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced pimiento stuffed green olives 2 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Seedless green grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 4 Cluster)
  Hard cooked egg slices 2
  Toasted sliced almonds 1 Tablespoon

Cut cantaloupes in half crosswise; remove seeds.
Combine next 5 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt reserving a few olive slices; toss.
Fold in mixture of whipped cream and mayonnaise.
Spoon into melons.
Garnish with remaining ingredients.
