Cut cantaloupes in half crosswise; remove seeds.
Combine next 5 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt reserving a few olive slices; toss.
Fold in mixture of whipped cream and mayonnaise.
Spoon into melons.
Garnish with remaining ingredients.
