Dried Bean Salad is a delicious side dish recipe that you would love to prepare on a get together. Try this Dried Bean Salad; I am sure you will have a huge fan following for this!
  Dried white navy beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped dill 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped mint 1 Tablespoon
  Scallions 4 , chopped
  Tomato 1
  Salt To Taste

1. Drain the beans.
2. Place the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a salad bowl and blend thoroughly.
3. Add the beans and mix well. Scatter chopped parsley, dill and mint and scallions over the beans. If desired, garnish with tomatoes and egg, cut in quarters.
