  Canned kidney beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , sliced
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  French dressing To Taste
  Lettuce 4
Directions

1. Combine the kidney beans, celery, pickle relish, eggs and onion.
2. Pour dressing over the bean mixture and toss lightly. Chill thoroughly and serve on crisp lettuce.
