Orange Walnut Salad

Orange walnut salad is a fruity and nutty salad. Prepared with a bit of a crunch to it, the orange walnut salad is tossed with veggies like spinach and lettuce. Crispy fresh and served with a sweet and sour dressing, the orange walnut salad is great for lunches or brunch meals.
  Bibb lettuce heads 2 Small, torn into bite size pieces
  Fresh spinach 1 Pound, torn into bite size pieces
  Oranges 2 , peeled, seeded, and sectioned
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, sliced and separated into rings
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon, melted
  Sweet and sour dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Place first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Saute walnuts in butter until lightly browned; add to lettuce mixture.
Toss with Sweet and Sour Dressing.
