Ingredients
  Long grain wild rice 6 Ounce (1 Package, Use Minute)
  Non fat dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Miracle Whip Free)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped red bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped yellow bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (About 1/2 Inch Pieces)
Directions

Prepare rice as directed on package.
Cool.
Mix dressing, oil, black pepper and peel in large bowl until well blended.
Add rice and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
