|Long grain wild rice||6 Ounce (1 Package, Use Minute)|
|Non fat dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Miracle Whip Free)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated lemon peel||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped red bell pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped yellow bell pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (About 1/2 Inch Pieces)|
Prepare rice as directed on package.
Mix dressing, oil, black pepper and peel in large bowl until well blended.
Add rice and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
