Mixed Sausage And Potato Salad has a lovely taste. Mixed Sausage And Potato Salad gets its taste from sausage mixed vegetable and flavored with vinegar. Mixed Sausage And Potato Salad is inspired by many restaurants worldwide.
  Potatoes 1 Kilogram, unpeeled
  Beef stock 1 Liter
  Smoked sausage 500 Gram (Use Ready To Serve)
  Salad oil 250 Milliliter
  Bratwurst 500 Gram, cooked
  Spring onions 6 , finely sliced
  Dry white wine 50 Milliliter
  White wine vinegar 50 Milliliter
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Snipped chives 6 Tablespoon
  Radishes 6 , thinly sliced
  Salt To Taste

In a large saucepan, cook the potatoes in the beef stock until just tender.
Drain, cool slightly, peel and cut into 5mm slices.
Slice the sausages 5mm thick.
Place in a large salad bowl with the potatoes and spring onions.
Whisk the wine, vinegar and garlic together in a small bowl.
Gradually whisk in the oil; add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over the salad and toss thoroughly.
Garnish with the chives and radishes just before serving.
