Sausage Salad

Ingredients
  Knackwurst 1⁄2 Pound
  Bockwurst 1⁄2 Pound
  Polish sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Basic fennel dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley leaves/Celery leaves 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Simmer the sausages in 1 quart water for 15 minutes, cool, and slice.or you could slice them first and then fry them a bit, but you will have a much oilier salad and the color might be a bit too dark for you.
Assemble the meats, celery, green onions, parsley, and dressing.
