|Polish sausage||1⁄2 Pound|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Basic fennel dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Parsley leaves/Celery leaves||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Simmer the sausages in 1 quart water for 15 minutes, cool, and slice.or you could slice them first and then fry them a bit, but you will have a much oilier salad and the color might be a bit too dark for you.
Assemble the meats, celery, green onions, parsley, and dressing.
