Tomato Basil Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Large, sliced and halved
  Fresh basil leaves 30 Gram
  Red onion 1 , sliced into rings
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Freshly squeezed lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed black peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange tomato slices alternately with basil leaves around the edge of each salad plate.
Place the onion rings in the centre of each salad and pour over combined garlic, olive oil, lime juice and pepper.
