Smoked Chicken And Melon Salad
|Smoked chicken||500 Gram|
|Fresh coriander||1 Ounce (1 Small Bunch)|
|Crushed black peppercorns||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Remove skin and seeds from melons; cut flesh into batons.
Cut smoked turkey into neat bite size pieces.
Set aside some of the best coriander springs for garnish.
Chop remaining coriander roughly and mix with chicken pieces and melon batons in a bowl.
Arrange salad decoratively on a serving plate.
Pour dressing over top.
Garnish with lemon twist, reserved coriander sprigs and crushed black peppercorns.
