Ingredients
  Bacon rashers 6 , chopped
  Lettuces 2 , leaves separated (Of Choice)
  Tomatoes 250 Gram, halved
  Carrots 2 , cut into strips
  Celery 2 Tablespoon
  Peas 125 Gram
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Grams)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Grams)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
Directions

Cook bacon in a frying pan over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until crisp.
Remove bacon from pan and drain on absorbent kitchen paper until cool.
Arrange lettuces, tomatoes, carrots, celery, peas and bacon on a serving platter or in a large salad bowl.
To make dressing, place mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and black pepper to taste in a bowl and mix to combine.
Drizzle dressing over salad, cover and chill until required.
